Write in your own words — the subject lines below are a convenience, not a requirement. If your message is about a specific video, stream or comment, include the link. If it is about a decision, include the reference on the notice you received. Everything reaching this address is read by a person, and appeals are re-decided by someone other than the reviewer who decided first.
What to write about what
A decision about your content
A video held, age-restricted, rejected or removed, a strike, or a suspension. Send the watch link and the reference on the notice. A person re-reads it, and decisions do get reversed.

Password resets travel through your email address; if you have lost access to it, this is the only route back in. Tell us your handle and the address the account was created with.

Settings already exports everything and deletes everything without asking us. Write in for the things it cannot do: a correction, a restriction, or a copy in another form.

Something is broken in a way that matters
A vulnerability, an account you can reach that is not yours, or content the checks let through. Describe what you did and what you saw. Reports are acted on, not argued with.

An account that should not exist
An account belonging to a child, or content involving a minor. Looked at the same day. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Faster than email
Reporting a video, stream or comment
Use the report control on the item itself. It reaches the review queue directly, with the thing you reported attached — email cannot do either.
A copyright notice
The copyright page has the form, and it records a reference number on the spot.
Your data, in full
Settings exports it as JSON and deletes the account outright. Neither needs our permission.
Why something was held
Your own watch page carries the full moderation record — the layer that decided, the category scores and the flagged frames — before you have to ask anyone.
